Berries Smoothie
Fancy a healthy liquid lunch? This Berries Smoothie is absolutely refreshing yet healthy. It only takes less then a minute in the
Spectablend
.
Ingredients:
250g strawberries
125g blueberries
1 banana
1 gold kiwi
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup almond milk for a about half an hour.
Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth.
